Been doing Weight Watchers with Jaime for the past few weeks, and every time I’ve done any type of low cal, low fat diet my love of tinned sardines has always paid off – they are just great diet food. Filling, high in good fats and low in calories.
However, this lady seems to have gone a little overboard. Apparently some type of diet based entirely around sardines. I may have to buy this book just to own a copy.
